What is it?

With eMagic Trio, you can get rid of those boxes and overstuffed filing cabinets by creating electronic images of any/all of your loan files on eMagic.com. eMagic Trio folders can also be delivered to lenders that offer Trio on their eMagic-hosted site.

Legally, mortgage originators must keep copies of loan documents for several years (state requirements differ - check with your state legislature for retention requirements). For many originators, storing those old loan files takes up space and, inevitably, loan files get lost.
